What do you do for the rest of the year?

It’s a question we get asked a lot! Contrary to most peoples beliefs (that we’re yatching around the Adriatic), we’re actually on the farm preparing for the coming season! We have a tree nursery in the Peak District which takes a lot of managing. We like to experiment on the trees there as we’re constantly striving to grow the perfect tree. At our nursery we only use organic fertilisers such as guano and chicken manure….Pooo!!
